Controller UC-5M is a newly type controller designed for controlling and monitoring of central Lubrication systems. It is widely used in multi-line lubrication systems. It also can be used in single-line lubrication system control application after simplified.
UC-5M and UC-5 family controller share the same housing and hardware.
Powerful function
• With high-speed processor, UC-5M can control and monitor max. 8 oil outlets at the same time, meet multi-line lubrication control requirements.
• Timer and counter control modes are available for both LUBE and PAUSE. Control parameters can be set freely to meet different lubrication system control requirements.
• Insert a lubrication function is convenient for system testing and debugging.
• Can accept external signal control and outputs failure signals, it is easy to achieve interconnected control with the host PLC of the conveyor.
• Designed with compressed air pressure, oil-level, outlet oil pressure and every individual cycle switch multi-monitoring function ensure lubrication system reliable for long-term auto-lubricating.
• Power cut-off protection. Controller auto memories lubrication parameters when power cut-off happens to the system, and continues carry out operation from the point of power-off.
Convenient and easy operation
• Large, bright LCD monitor interface, visually displays rich information in text form.
• LED signal lights indicate system-working status clearly and there is also remote fault relay output monitoring signals at the same time.
• Film keypad operation. Comfortable hand feeling. Easy and quick parameter setting improved operational efficiency.
• Integrated with all functions required for lubrication control. It can implement lubrication control by just connect sensors and electromagnetic pumps, access to power, and simply parameter setting.
• Controller is designed with some auxiliary functions like oil-discharge. Easy for installation and trial run.
Good adaptivity to complicated application environment
• Controller can work under a complicated power supply condition. Controller can properly work in a wide voltage range. The surge, sink, brief interruption and superposed strong interference of the power supply will not negative influence on UC-5M. Therefore, it is especially suitable for industrial sites.
• Excellent acclimatization. Can work in a wide temperature range from -20℃ to 50℃. Film panel protects controller from humidity and dust. Its protection grade reaches IP65.
• UC-5M is a product that is sturdy and durable. Vibration and noise of industrial sites has no adverse effect on it
High reliability
• The design complies with industrial application standard. It can steadily work at high load.
• The controller is internal designed with operation monitoring system. When an exception occurs, the system can automatically handle it, which greatly improves the reliability.
• Control modes and parameters are stored in EEPROM. It does not need backup power support.
• Main electronic components are all Industrial level and high-temperature ageing and stability treated; ensure the reliability of the complete control unit.
• SMT manufacturing technique with reinforcement treatment enables controller can work stably even under severe vibration condition.
