Universal Control Unit UC-2Au is designed for controlling and monitoring of centralized Lubrication system. It is suitable for minimal quantity air/oil mist lubrication system, brushing lubrication control or other application where solenoid pump is used.
UC-2Au and UC-2A shares the same hardware platform.
Compact size controller offers complete control function
• Compact size, can be installed in a small space. Two separate PCBA design makes it convenient and flexible for installing. It is very easy to embed in user’s device to form an integrated lubrication station.
• LUBE and PAUSE are set as TIMER mode, pump driven pulses’ electrifying time and interval time can be programmed. This can precisely control the trace amounts of oil mist in air, while meeting the precise lubrication task of saving oil consumption
• Lubricant level and compressed air pressure monitoring function ensure the high reliability of lubrication control.
• Power down protection function enables controller auto memories lubrication parameters when power down happens to the system. And continue carries out operation from the point of power-off. This function ensures the lubrication continuous and reliable.
• Can extend host machine interlock function (option)

Displays information with 4 digits LED digital monitor, it is easy to use.
• LED signal lights indicate system-working status clearly.
• Film keypad operation with 3 keys. Easy and quick parameter setting improves operational efficiency.
Designed for industry environment
• Can work steady under a complicated power supply condition. The surge, sink, brief interruption and superposed strong interference of the industry power supply will not negative influence on UC-2Au.
• Aborative electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) design enables UC-2A can work reliable in complicated electromagnetic environment and does not bring out harmful electromagnetic noises
• Excellent acclimatization. Can work in a wide temperature range from -30℃ to 70℃. Operation panel is designed with “O” seal groove cavity, which enables the protection level can reach IP65 with proper mounting structure.
High reliability on design and manufacture
Design complies with industrial application standard makes UC-2A can work 24 hours continuously at high load
• Control modes and parameters are stored in EEPROM for a long time without backup power support. UC-2Au was especially improved EEPROM parameter correction function, which improves the high reliability of lubrication control.
• Main electronic components are all Industrial level and high-temperature ageing and stability treated; ensure the reliability of the whole control unit.
• SMT manufacturing technique with reinforcement treatment enables UC-2A can work stable even under severe vibration condition
