Universal Monitoring Controller UC-5 is a new type controller designed for controlling and monitoring of projection Lubrication systems. Application may like lubrication for conveyor and escalator etc.
Powerful function
• Use high-speed processor to collects two chains induced signals at the same time and control the two chains separately. Controller UC-5 can carry out lube control task easily.
• Two lube channels design. UC-5 can control two lube channels at the same time. It is very suitable for controlling complicated chain (projection) lubrication system.
• Can accept external signal control and outputs failure signals, it is easy to achieve interconnected control with the host PLC of the conveyor.
• Fine adjustment function can fine-tune projection time to meet the needs of installation.
• Programmable sensor Monitoring time suit different lubrication system’s requirements.
• Compressed air pressure and oil-level monitoring function ensures lubrication system reliable for long-term auto-lubricating.
• Power cut-off protection. Uc-5 auto memories lubrication parameters when power cut-off happens to the system, and continues carry out operation from the point of power-off.
Convenient and easy operation
• Large, bright LCD monitor interface, visually displays rich information in text form.
• LED signal lights indicate system-working status clearly and there is also remote fault relay output monitoring signals at the same time.
• Film keypad operation. Comfortable hand feeling. Easy and quick parameter setting improved operational efficiency.
• Integrated with all functions required for lubrication control. It can implement lubrication control by just connect sensors and electromagnetic pumps, access to power, and simply parameter setting.
• UC-5 is designed with some auxiliary functions like oil-discharge. Easy for installation and trial run.
Good adaptivity to complicated application environment
• UC-5 can work under a complicated power supply condition. Controller can properly work in a wide voltage range. The surge, sink, brief interruption and superposed strong interference of the power supply will not negative influence on UC-5. Therefore, it is especially suitable for industrial sites.
• Excellent acclimatization. Can work in a wide temperature range from -20℃ to 50℃. Film panel protects UC-5 from humidity and dust. Its protection grade reaches IP65.
• UC-5 is a product that is sturdy and durable. Vibration and noise of industrial sites has no adverse effect on it
High reliability
• UC-5’s design complies with industrial application standard. It can steadily work at high load.
• The controller is internal designed with operation monitoring system. When an exception occurs, the system can automatically handle it, which greatly improves the reliability.
• Control modes and parameters are stored in EEPROM. It does not need backup power support.
Some controllers’ EEPROM will lose memory function after being used for a period of time. This causes some faults that are not easy to be discovered.. UC-5 is especially improved EEPROM parameters correction function, which guarantees the high reliability of lubrication control.
• Main electronic components are all Industrial level and high-temperature ageing and stability treated; ensure the reliability of the complete control unit.
• SMT manufacturing technique with reinforcement treatment enables UC-1 can work stably even under severe vibration condition.
