  Universal Control Unit UC-1AC

 
 



Universal Control Unit UC-1AC is the AC version controller based on UC-1N. It is particularly designed for centralized lubrication system, which widely used in small machinery and equipment.
UC-1AC and UC-2C have common hardware platform. It is equivalent to AC version controller of UC-1A, which has two PCB structure and same software as UC-1A.

Powerful function
 With independent protective housing, it is easy for installation. Operation is much more reliable.
 Free choice of TIMER mode and COUNTER mode for both LUBRICATION and PAUSE to meet all types of vehicle chassis and machinery lubrication control requirements.
 Pressure Switch monitoring function can monitor pressure build up situation in main pipe, which ensures lubrication system can reliable work.
 Cycle Switch monitoring function, supports progressive distributing systems’ monitoring. Can easy control strict lubrication system for engineering machinery. Supports Cycle Switch time monitoring function, to achieve more complex lubrication system control.
 Enhanced DK (insert a lubrication) function facilitates debugging and system testing.
 4-digit password protection, prevent programmed parameters being changed accidentally.
 Power down protection function enables the controller auto memories lubrication parameters when power down happens to the system. And continue carries out operation from the point of power-off. This function ensures the lubrication continuous and reliable
 Accumulation and memory of working time and downtime, help user to better manage lubrication system.
 Can be extended with level monitoring function (optional).

 4-digit LED digital monitor displays operational status and parameter. Very friendly interface and easy to use.
 Independent LED pilot light on the panel convenient indicates system working condition.
 Film keypad operation with 3 keys. Easy and quick parameter setting improves operational efficiency.
 Tree structure operation menu, easy for review and setting.

Designed for industry environment
 Can work steady under a complicated power supply condition. The surge, sink, brief interruption and superposed strong interference of the industry power supply will not negative influence on controller.
 Aborative electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) design enables UC-1AC can work reliable in complicated electromagnetic environment and does not bring out harmful electromagnetic noises.

High reliability on design and manufacture
 Design complies with industrial application standard makes the controller can work 24 hours continuously at high load.
 Control modes and parameters are stored in EEPROM for a long time without backup power support.
 Latest developed high speed FLASH storage technology combined with EEPROM back-up storage technology. Quickly save the site data at the moment of power off. Solved the problem of data quickly storage when power-down happens. Highly guarantee the reliability of the lubrication control.
 Main electronic components are all Industrial level and high-temperature ageing and stability treated; ensure the reliability of the whole control unit.
 SMT manufacturing technique with reinforcement treatment enables UC-2A can work stable even under severe vibration condition.
