Universal Control Unit UC-1

Universal Control Unit UC-1 is a newly designed controller for controlling and monitoring of centralized Lubrication systems. It’s widely used on engineering machinery, vehicles and single line centralized lubrication systems. Universal Control Unit UC-1 is compatible with IG502-E (IG502-2-E) Control Units of VOGEL and controller S-E.A.-2 of BEKA. It can replace such controllers directly.
Powerful function
• Advanced dual Micro-controllers design. One Micro-controller is especially responsible to control; the other one is responsible for display and program. The two Micro-controllers cooperate with each other. This design makes UC-1 more stable and reliable; also can displays abundant and intuitionistic information.
• CONTACT and PAUSE can select TIMER or external COUNTER control mode, and these two control modes can be combined at will to meet complicated control needs.
• With wide control parameter range, lubrication parameters like CONTACT TIME and PAUSE TIME can be exactly adjusted by second and minute. This ensures users’ equipment get sufficient lubrication based on saving lubrication oil (lubricant).
• Can monitoring system pressure, cycle switch and oil level. To guarantees long-term reliable auto-lubrication of the lubrication system.
Convenient and easy operation
• LCD displays information in text. UC-1 has English and Chinese versions available. It is very convenient to operate and use.
• Display and operation use natural unit system, user does not need to do unit conversion. For example, UC-1 shows CONTACT time in the form of “2min 36s”, unlike other controller’s “2.6”.
• LED signal lights indicate system-working status clearly, and we made significant improvements on this.
• 6 keys operation makes easy and quick setting, improves operational efficiency.
• Even though the control unit is installed at an inaccessible position, the working state of lubrication system still can be monitored and operated via external signal lights and DK switch.
Good adaptivity to complicated application environment
• UC-1 can work under a complicated power supply condition. Controller can properly work in a wide voltage range. The surge, sink, brief interruption and superposed strong interference of the power supply will not negative influence on UC-1. Therefore, it is especially suitable for vehicle and engineering machinery.
• Excellent acclimatization. Can work in a wide temperature range from -20℃ to 70℃. Film panel protects UC-1 from humidity and dust.
• Can work steadily in severe electromagnetic noise environment. Aborative electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) design enables UC-1 can work reliable in complicated electromagnetic environment of vehicles and does not bring out harmful electromagnetic noises. UC-1 passed the EMC test of EU standard and gained CE certificate.
High reliability • Design complies with industrial application standard make UC-1 can work continuously at high load.
• Dual Micro-controllers structure improves the reliability of the system. The two Micro-controllers monitor each other and give alarms when abnormal situation is detected.
• Control modes and parameters are stored in EEPROM for a long time without backup power support.
Some other company’s controllers’ EEPROM will lose memory function after being used for a period of time. This causes some faults that are not easy to be discovered to the lubrication. UC-1 was especially improved EEPROM parameter correction function, which guarantees the high reliability of lubrication control.
• Main electronic components are all Industrial level and high-temperature ageing and stability treated; ensure the reliability of the whole control unit.
• SMT manufacturing technique with reinforcement treatment enables UC-1 can work stable even under severe vibration condition.
• More effective 4-digit password protection, prevent programmed parameters being changed accidentally.
